Further Details:

Excellent corrosion resistance with high strength and ductility at temperature upto 700o Celsius applicable upto 1100o Celsius Alloy 625 is weldable without thermal retreatment.

Silvery-white hard, Nickel is malleable, and ductile metal.

It is a fairly good conductor of heat and electricity.

Nickel dissolves slowly in dilute acids but, like iron, becomes passive when treated with nitric acid.

Finely divided nickel adsorbs hydrogen. Nickel metal have good ferromagnetic.
